1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIMM Index platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIMM Index provides AI maturity assessment, compliance twinning, and governance monitoring tools for organisations. Scores, alerts, and recommendations generated by the Service are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of regulatory compliance or audit outcome.

3. Accounts and Access

Access is role-based (RBAC). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to bypass role-based access controls.
Do not submit telemetry data you do not have rights to process.
Do not use the Service to make compliance representations to third parties without independent verification.

5. Intellectual Property

The AIMM™ name, AI$M methodology, and associated marks are the property of IS360 Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd. Patent pending.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that AI$M scores or agent-generated alerts are error-free or sufficient for any specific regulatory requirement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IS360 Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
