1. Free Tier
Core dashboard access and a limited number of compliance twins are provided free of charge. No payment is collected for this tier, and no refund applies.
2. Paid Plans
For paid subscription plans (where applicable), refund eligibility is as follows:
Requests made within 7 days of initial purchase, where the Service has not been substantially used, are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods after the 7-day window.
Refunds are not provided where the account has been suspended for violation of the Terms of Use.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email the contact address on the Contact page with your account/organisation name and order reference. Requests are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as paid plans are introduced or modified; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
