1. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, organisation), telemetry data submitted to twins, and usage logs (login times, role changes, agent interactions) for audit trail purposes.

2. How We Use Information

To compute AI$M scores and provide governance monitoring.
To maintain audit trails required for compliance evidence.
To improve the Service and respond to support requests.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is processed on AWS infrastructure (ap-south-1 region). Authentication uses signed session tokens; passwords are stored using salted PBKDF2 hashing, never in plaintext.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service (e.g. cloud hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

Telemetry and audit trail data is retained as required for the governance/compliance purpose it was collected for, or until account deletion is requested.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details on the Contact page.

7. Cookies

The Service uses local browser storage for session tokens and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified within the product.
